That’s not us.
LMS Strategies isn’t a traditional consulting firm. In fact, it’s more like a trusted advisor (yes, there’s a difference). We help business owners cut through the noise, make smart moves, and actually get results—without the endless invoices and corporate jargon.
LMS was born in March 2023 when our founder, Abhi Singh, noticed a trend: the last four companies he worked for eventually sold to private equity or some massive corporation (even though two of them swore they never would). After the fourth one, he took a breather (also known as learning how to fit into his family’s daily schedule) and had a realization while checking off item #3 on an endless honey-do list:
Small to mid-sized business owners don’t have a sounding board to lean on. Abhi didn’t have one either, and it was isolating.
And he knows this because he tried them all:
- He asked other business owners for advice—some were helpful, some were competitors, and most were in the same boat he was.
- He hired high-priced consultants—and learned that many of them just want long-term contracts, not real results.
- He joined peer groups—and spent hours listening to great theories from people running businesses that looked nothing like his.
So, after testing every option and realizing the flaws firsthand, he built LMS Strategies to be what he wished he had: a real partner who actually helps owners Lead their markets, Motivate their teams, and Scale their businesses—without the fluff, the B.S., or the “we’ll need three more months” excuses.
Our Approach is Different
