Emily is a seasoned sales and marketing professional specializing in business development and strategic marketing planning with over twenty-five years of demonstrated success growing revenue for businesses in a broad range of markets.
Her Strategic Marketing Planning Experience includes running her own Strategic Marketing Planning Company for 3 years where she helped dozens of companies in a broad range of markets create a Strategic Marketing Plan and implement it. Clients included Professional Services, Service Providers, Brick and Mortar retail establishments and other Marketing Companies. She also worked as the Marketing Coordinator at a CPA firm, where she created a Strategic Marketing Plan for the company and implemented it, generating enough business in the first year to necessitate the addition of staff and space to accommodate for the growth.
Emily's website development experience includes creating websites of all kinds - from a one page website from scratch for a solopreneur to a complex custom coded site for a multi-million dollar company with hundreds of pages, millions of podcast downloads and an ecommerce store with dozens of products - many of which had multiple feature options. She has been involved in the process from wireframes to launch and is usually the chief copywriter/art director for the content of the site. She has also sold websites for a web development company.
In her most recent experience as the Director of Marketing and Recruitment, she grew the company revenue of Organize 365 tenfold during her 4 year tenure.
Her copy writing experience includes content for all marketing materials digitally (including social media and email funnel content) and in print for many companies, including being a published author of a regular feature in the Summit County Women's Journal and a contributor to Life's Journey Magazine. She also authored a blog from 2011-2014 called Rainmaker Marketing and Sales Consulting that still exists today.
Emily is a proud recipient of the Distinguished Sales and Marketing Award from Sales and Marketing Executives International, and a graduate of Sandler Training at the Ruby Group. She was recognized as the Top 16 out of 75,000 Distributors during her 6 years with Creative Memories and sold over $1 million in industrial knives wearing steel toe boots to an old boys network in her first year at Alcon Tool.
